FAQ

I offer in-person therapy in Marina del Rey and secure online sessions throughout California. You choose what fits your schedule and comfort.

Each session is 50 minutes, which is enough time to connect, explore what matters to you, and leave with something to carry into your week.

The fee for a 50-minute session is $200. I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide a superbill so you may submit it for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Canceling early helps maintain a fair and respectful scheduling process for everyone’s time.

I work with adolescents, teens, adults, seniors, and families. So, whether you’re seeking individual therapy or family therapy, you’re welcome.

My specializations include grief and loss; trauma healing; anxiety and stress; and life transitions such as caregiving shifts, retirement, and identity changes.

My approach is trauma-informed, warm, reflective, and grounded. I blend Humanistic and Jungian Depth Psychology with somatic practices, creating space where you feel seen, understood, and supported in your journey.

Sometimes, but only when it feels helpful and relevant. If a short reflection, journal prompt, or mindfulness exercise could support your process, I’ll offer it – but it’s always optional.

That’s completely normal. I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation, allowing us to discuss whether we’re a good fit and for you to make an informed decision without any commitment. You can contact me by calling (310) 528-9082.

Just bring your “you” self – no special gear required. If you’d like, please arrive with a list of what you hope to gain from therapy or any questions you may have. However, showing up is the most significant step.

Yes, and yes, the soft kind. Therapy can bring up emotions, and it’s okay to cry, sigh, or even laugh. It’s part of healing.
