What Therapy Can Offer You

Struggling alone isn’t the answer.
If you’re visiting this page, you may be feeling heavy with grief, shaken by trauma, or unsettled by a life you didn’t see coming. It can feel overwhelming to carry it all alone, and sometimes even those people closest to you don’t quite understand what you’re going through.
Therapy with me offers a safe space where you don’t have to explain everything perfectly. You can show up just as you are – tired, unsure, angry, or deeply sad – and receive a compassionate welcome. In this space, we focus on your unique needs.
Over time, therapy can help you feel lighter, more grounded, and more able to face and make sense of what life has handed you.
Together, we will work to sort through the challenges you face and work to find clarity and peace in your life.
My goal is to help you meet life’s challenges.
Using Humanistic, Depth, and Somatic approaches, I help clients make sense of their inner world while also finding relief in their physical experience. This means we work with feelings, thoughts, memories, and the nervous system together.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in a deep understanding of your unique story. It is a gentle, reflective process that helps you understand yourself more fully and navigate life with greater ease and resilience.
I honor the various layers of grief and transition, and together we will gently explore whatever feels overwhelming and confusing.
I aim to help you feel more grounded, understood, and supported as you move toward healing and a deeper understanding of self.
The benefits are worth the effort.
Clients who work with me often share that therapy becomes a safe place where they can let their guard down, be present, and discover new ways to cope, heal, and grow.
In this therapeutic space, clients feel heard, supported, and able to move toward resilience and meaning.
